Transcend Services, the industry’s third largest transcription company based in the United States, offers excellent career opportunities for qualified full-time and part-time medical language specialists (MLS) with a positive attitude and a desire to work in a successful team environment. Our primary focus is acute care transcription, but we will occasionally hire for clinical and radiology accounts. The cornerstone of these achievements is our unique operational structure organized around Regional Operations Managers, or ROMs.  Each ROM has their own team consisting of MLS, Team Leaders, Quality Assurance Staff, and trainers, all operating as a close-knit team while providing exceptional results for assigned customers.  MLS report to Team Leaders, experienced transcriptionists that provide coaching and assistance on a daily basis.  Team trainers are closely involved with the MLS and Team Leaders to provide the best and most productive work processes, training, and working atmosphere in the industry. Communication is a vital key to our successful teams. We conduct regular team conference calls to discuss development in customer accounts, along with company and industry updates.  The opportunities for growth within Transcend into other roles beyond the MLS assignment are significant for those interested in building career paths in QA, training, or management.

KLAS is an independent research company that healthcare decision makers rely on for accurate, honest, and impartial information on vendor performance.  KLAS conducts surveys of healthcare executives and professionals within the client base of each MTSO (Medical Transcription Service Organization). The resulting reports reflect the aggregated opinions of actual customers, comparing MTSO performance against participant objectives and expectations.
