Transcend has maintained one of the highest average scores among all MTSOs that have participated in KLAS since its inception, earning high marks for excellent customer service, high-quality reports, and fast turnaround times – all at a competitive price.
Transcend also measures itself! Each year Transcend issues an internal survey to all of our customer partners. The results of those surveys are studied internally by our Director of Operations and ROMs (Regional Operation Managers) to hear what our customers want and need from Transcend. All responses are transitioned into operational improvement processes to ensure that every customer’s expectations are exceeded.
