Jeff Felshaw, Transcend’s Senior Vice President of Business Development, is responsible for managing the Sales/Marketing/Client Solutions departments for the company’s clinical documentation products and services.  He is responsible for contributing and guiding the strategic direction of the company as the Healthcare industry continues to evolve at records pace. Mr. Felshaw has held various roles at Transcend Services over his 11+ years of service, from operational management roles in implementations and support to direct management of transcription resources.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
