Larry Gerdes
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Gerdes has been involved in the healthcare services industry for more than 20 years. He has served as a director of Transcend Services Inc. and as Chief Executive Officer since May 1993. Prior to Transcend, Mr. Gerdes held various executive positions with HBO & Company (now McKesson) from 1978 to 1991, including Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. Mr. Gerdes is on the board of several companies and charities, including the Board of the                                         Chicago Mercantile Exchange.


Susan McGrogan
Chief Operating Officer

Ms. McGrogan joined Transcend Services in January 2005 when Transcend purchased Medical Dictation, Inc. (MDI). As co-founder of MDI (created in 1994), she has been involved in the medical transcription industry for over 20 years.


 

Lance Cornell
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Cornell joined Transcend Services in November of 2005 as CFO. He is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and financial management, including controller and chief financial officer positions with publicly traded companies.

 

Leo Cooper
Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Cooper holds over 35 years of healthcare experience with emphasis on health information and outsourcing solutions. He also has an extensive background in developing and managing national relationships.

 

Scott Robertson
Vice President of Information Technologies

Mr. Robertson joined Transcend Services in 1998 and was instrumental in the design and development of Transcend's BeyondTXT™ platform.  He is now responsible for overseeing Transcend's network operations division as well as Software Research and Development.

 

Jeff Felshaw
Vice President of Professional Services

Mr. Felshaw has been a member of the Transcend management team for eight years. His team is responsible for all client services, including presales support, interfaces, and implementations.
