Transcend Services provides a combination of full or partial outsourcing solution to choose from, rather than offering "one size fits all". We work consultatively with each customer to understand their goals, technological environment, and requirements. Solutions are then proposed that will achieve those goals without requiring a change in the way their process is currently performed.

• Outsourcing transcription using the hospital or clinics' in-house dictation system.
• Transcribing directly into a Hospital Information System (HIS) after retrieving voice from the hospital's in-house dictation system.
• Transferring voice from an in-house dictation system to Transcend's BeyondTXT™ platform and providing transcription services.
• Transcribing directly into the hospital's information system after the hospital providers dictate directly into Transcend's BeyondTXT™ dictation system.
• Providing document distribution systems for faxing, printing or EMR uploading from our BeyondTXT™ platform or interfacing with in-house distribution systems for management of this function by the hospital.
• Front-end speech recognition solutions, using either the hospital's speech technology or Transcend's.
